At FOOTKARFT AFRICA, we aim to deliver quality footwear with reliable service, whether you’re ordering from Accra or across the globe. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)
We deliver across Ghana through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout based on location and delivery method
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

2. International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. However, please allow additional time for customs clearance and delays during peak seasons or unforeseen disruptions.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping provider.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to track your shipment and stay updated on the delivery status.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Eligible Returns:

  • Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Personalized or intimate items (e.g., custom footwear or socks) are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons

How to Return:

  1. Email us at support@footkarft.africa with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll promptly assist you with a replacement or full refund.
